RoveNotes is an AI note management system that takes the recordings and handwriting you already capture and turns them into organized, searchable notes. Drop in a voice memo from a Plaud recorder or Apple Voice Memos, or handwritten pages from a Boox or reMarkable tablet, and RoveNotes transcribes them, identifies speakers, and auto-tags whether it was a meeting, a lecture, or an interview.

From there, everything routes itself through three lanes. Mirror syncs clean notes to Notion, Obsidian, Google Drive, and reMarkable. Actions turns spoken to-dos into Todoist tasks and Google Calendar events. Notifications sends email digests or fires webhooks so the rest of your stack stays in the loop.

For more technical workflows, RoveNotes ships an MCP server so you can ask questions about your recordings directly from Claude or ChatGPT, plus a REST API that exposes every recording, transcript, and piece of metadata. The result is a capture layer that disappears into your existing tools, so you can close the laptop and let your notes file themselves.
